The condition is used and fairly good for its age. This Art Deco Sterling Silver Table Top Cigarette, Cigar or Trinket Box has No Splits, No Cracks, No Holes and No Repairs that I can find, the box stands straight, the decoration and Art Deco definition is crisp, the hinge is working perfectly, the lid opens and closes tightly with ease, the internal wood lining is in good condition with no splits and no cracks, the silver hallmark is rubbed or worn but still legible although as this Art Deco table top trinket, cigar or cigarette box is a used antique it does have some dents around its body and lid along with some staining to its internal wood lining and it has some minor surface marks and wear from use, it has the patina of age that is to be expected and a good clean would not go amiss. Personally I think that this Art Deco table top cigarette, cigar or trinket box can still be used today and that it would make a superb addition to any collection, I also think that it has a delightful look about it considering that it's over 80 years old.
